TRANSLATION OF THE LEGALESE FOUND BELOW:Consider these forums as a virtual living room in my house. I am inviting you in provided you behave yourself. If you were to really come over to my house you wouldn`t insult my other guests, complain about my housekeeping, or kick holes in the wall. If you did, I would throw you out. If you do it here virtually, I will throw you out.
Since it`s my house, I can throw you out anytime I feel like it. I probably won`t because I`m a nice guy, but just realize if you come into my house, I don`t need any reason to ask you to leave other than I don`t want you here.
Some rooms in my house are off limits to you. Some of those rooms may not be off limits to other folks that I know better than you/have proven they can behave themselves. Deal with it.
You might get in later, once I get to know you, but realize that whining about it is not the right way to go about things.
What`s that? First Amendment? Before you go any further, I suggest you go do some reading up on what that actually means. In summary, it doesn`t apply to a private website. I can moderate/censor/delete anything I feel like. You can`t deal with that? Maybe this isn`t the place for you.
